Hi, I’m Kristin Stauss, founder of HOPE Forward. With 25 years of experience in early childhood roles and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Bethel College, I have dedicated my career to supporting the people who shape young lives. I am also a Professional Development Specialist with the Council for Professional Recognition and am in the process of earning my ICF coaching credential.

I have worked in licensed childcare centers, ministries, and child care homes, and served as a CACFP Program Monitor, gaining extensive experience creating policies, procedures, and tools to support programs and professionals. Over time, I noticed a common challenge. Many people who work with children, including educators, caregivers, parents, and program leaders, often feel unsupported or unequipped. I created HOPE Forward to spark hope, provide guidance and resources, and create opportunities for myself and others to pay it forward. My goal is to help those who work with children create positive and meaningful experiences that encourage growth and thriving.

At HOPE Forward, we provide hope-inspired opportunities that empower individuals and organizations to discover their purpose, enhance their practices, and reach their fullest potential. Through training, coaching, consulting, and creative solutions, we equip those who guide children with the tools to succeed and make lasting, positive impacts.
